Versiis – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the Versiis mobile application and related services provided by Versiis LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Versiis app, you (“user”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or using the Versiis app, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Versiis is a platform designed for social gamification and skill-based competition.
2. Description of Services & Gamification
Versiis is a mobile platform designed to facilitate the organization and management of real-world games. To enhance the competitive experience, the app utilizes various gamification features, including:Versiis Points: Digital tokens earned through participation and achievements. These points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency or goods.Trophies & Badges: Digital rewards representing milestones and victories.Skill Rankings: Fleeting performance metrics, such as ELO-based scores, used to help match players of similar skill levels.Tools: Score tracking, event scheduling, and bracket management.3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Creation:
To use certain features, you must provide accurate and complete information. You agree to keep this information updated.
3.2 Account Security & Data Protection:
User Obligations: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and agree not to share your login information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action for any unauthorized use of your account.
Versiis Obligations: We are committed to protecting the security of your information. Versiis employs industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to safeguard your personal data and account credentials from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Free Entry & Tournament Participation
All tournaments and competitive events organized directly through the Versiis platform are free to enter. Versiis does not facilitate, permit, or support any form of wagering or paid entry for the purpose of winning prizes. The platform is intended strictly for amusement, skill building, and community ranking.5. Real-World Games and Activities
5.1 No Responsibility for Real-World Events:
Versiis is a digital tool for coordination. We do not supervise or control any physical activities. All users are responsible for ensuring the safety and legality of their real-world games.
5.2 Assumption of Risk:
By participating in any event coordinated through Versiis, you voluntarily assume all risks, including risk of injury or property damage. You hereby release Versiis LLC from any liability related to such risks.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use Versiis to engage in harassment, bullying, or any form of unauthorized commercial activity. Any attempt to manipulate rankings or “boost” accounts through unfair play will result in account suspension.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Versiis LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or your participation in real-world activities organized via the platform.8. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Georgia law.
